We provide bed bugs in 8ml (65 x 19 mm) vials featuring either a ventilated bottom or lid. These vials can be assembled into double-ventilated configurations, enhancing airflow and scent dispersion. Our design incorporates robust polypropylene Sarstedt tubes, utilizing stainless steel exclusively to minimize accompanying scents.
For an alternative option, we can supply lid-ventilated 2ml (36 x 11mm) glass vials.
Please ask for empty training vials, if needed.
Furthermore, we can provide hexane extracts of bed bug scent, which can be applied to various surfaces. This approach ensures that dogs do not associate the scent of bed bugs with any extraneous scents, such as those of the vial or the paper where bed bugs reside. Extracts are packaged alongside a vial containing pure hexane (solvent control), and a pipette for application.
